Acceptance of Terms
By booking a ride or using the Curbside Rides website (curbsiderides.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Curbside Rides Inc., a licensed chauffeur service operating under TCP #45621-A issued by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
Services
Curbside Rides provides premium chauffeur and black car services throughout Southern California, including:
- Airport transfers (LAX, BUR, VNY, SNA, ONT, LGB, and others)
- Point-to-point rides within the Greater Los Angeles area
- By-the-hour charter services
- Special event transportation
All rides are provided by licensed, insured, and professionally trained chauffeurs in late-model luxury vehicles.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorized through our website. You will receive a confirmation with your ride details via email and, if you opted in, SMS.
Cancellation Policy:
- 24+ hours before pickup: full refund
- Within 24 hours of pickup: a cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: full fare charged

Pricing & Payment
All rides are flat-rate. Your price is quoted upfront when you book and will not change. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, and no metered fares. The rate you see is the rate you pay.
Your card is authorized at the time of booking and charged after your ride is completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Square.
Wait Time Policy:
Wait time beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges.
SMS Communications
SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of booking or service. If you check the optional SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Curbside Rides, including booking confirmations, ride reminders, driver notifications, and cancellation updates. Message frequency varies by ride activity.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out does not affect your ability to book rides. Email updates will continue.

Customer Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride in progress if a passenger:
- Behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner
- Damages or soils the vehicle
- Violates any applicable laws during the ride
- Brings prohibited items (open alcohol containers, illegal substances)
A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged for excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
Curbside Rides provides transportation services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for punctuality and safety, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fare paid for the ride in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us first at support@curbsiderides.com or 661-732-0310. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue promptly. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
