Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Stagecoach held?
Stagecoach is at the Empire Polo Club, 81800 Avenue 51, Indio, CA 92201, the same grounds as Coachella. Palm Springs International (PSP) is the nearest airport.
Do you serve Coachella Valley hotels for Stagecoach?
Yes, all of them, including La Quinta Resort and Club, JW Marriott Desert Springs, The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells, Renaissance Esmeralda, Miramonte Resort and Spa, Parker Palm Springs, and Omni Rancho Las Palmas.
Is there surge pricing during the festival?
No. Flat rates, quoted up front, with no surge and no surprises. That is the point of booking a chauffeur instead of a rideshare on a festival weekend.
Can I book a chauffeur for the whole day rather than one trip?
Yes. Book by the hour with a three hour minimum, or choose a Full Day or Extended Day package. That covers the hotel to venue and back pattern most Stagecoach guests want.
Who is the driver?
A professional chauffeur, booked direct with the operator rather than through an app. TCP #45621-A, CPUC regulated and insured, in a newer Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevy Suburban. Run by Gary, 3,200+ chauffeured rides at a 5.0 rating.
Is this a black car service?
Yes. Curbside Rides is a licensed black car and chauffeur service, TCP #45621-A. Every ride is pre-booked with a professional chauffeur, and your driver and car are confirmed the night before.
