You can cancel an upcoming ride directly from your account at curbsiderides.com/my-rides or by calling 📞 Call Now. Most rides can be cancelled free until 3 hours before pickup. Hourly service, event rides and long-distance trips can be cancelled free until 24 hours before pickup. After that, the full fare is charged, because the vehicle is committed to your pickup by then. Your exact deadline is on your confirmation and in My Rides.

Domestic flights: 45 minutes from landing. International flights: 60 minutes from landing, for immigration and baggage. After the free wait, your driver stays with you and extra time is $15 per 15 minutes. We track your flight and text you if anything changes. For sporting events, your driver will wait 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. For festivals and all other pickups, your driver will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

At the curb outside your terminal, at the pillar you tell us. You do not need the LAX-it shuttle and you do not walk to a rideshare lot.

Every LAX terminal has tall white pillars along the arrivals curb, each marked with your terminal number and a letter. Land at Terminal 4 and you will see 4A, 4B, 4C and so on. At Tom Bradley International the pillars run B1 through B10.

Once you have your bags, reply to your pickup text with your pillar number and we'll guide your driver to you. Your driver waits in the airport staging lot a few minutes away and pulls up when you are ready, so you are never standing at the curb waiting for a car to fight through traffic.

If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add Meet and Greet when you book.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Square. Your card is authorized at the time of booking and charged after your ride is completed.

Point-to-point rides are quoted at a flat rate. Hourly and full-day service are priced by time. Your price is quoted upfront when you book and will not change. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, and no metered fares. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

Yes! We serve the entire Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, and Cathedral City. We provide airport transfers from PSP (Palm Springs International), TRM (Thermal/Jacqueline Cochran), and UDD (Bermuda Dunes) airports, plus full service for Coachella, Stagecoach, and the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells.

Yes. When you book an airport pickup, we track your flight in real time. If it runs late, the delay is flagged to our team and a person moves your pickup, then confirms the new time with you. Your complimentary wait also starts when you land: 45 minutes for a domestic arrival, 60 for international.

Rides require a minimum 2-hour lead time from the time of booking. For last-minute requests, call or text us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. We carry infant rear facing seats, toddler seats and boosters, up to three per ride, fitted before pickup. Add them when you book and tell us your children's ages so we bring the right seats.

Our fleet is premium full-size luxury SUVs seating up to 6 passengers with ample luggage space. Every vehicle is professionally maintained, non-smoking, and stocked with phone chargers.

Pets are welcome, with no extra charge. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets ride on the floor or in a carrier, not on the seats, and stay with you during the ride. Just let us know when you book so we can prepare the car. If you need to drop your pet off on the way, for example at a pet sitter, add it as a stop when you book.

Service animals are always welcome, at no extra charge, and we never charge a cleaning fee for a service animal’s hair. Service animals ride under their handler’s control, usually on the floor at your feet. Your chauffeur may ask whether the animal is a service animal and what task it is trained to do, but will never ask for papers or proof.

Your chauffeur will stow any folding wheelchair, walker, crutches or cane for you at no charge, just like luggage. Our SUVs are not wheelchair accessible vehicles, so please let us know when you book if you need help getting in.

Gratuity is not included in your quoted fare. You can add a gratuity during the booking process (15%, 20%, 25%, or a custom amount). Gratuity goes directly to your chauffeur.
