We serve the Greater Los Angeles area including Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown LA, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and all major airports including LAX, BUR (Hollywood Burbank), SNA (John Wayne), and LGB (Long Beach).
You can cancel an upcoming ride directly from your account at curbsiderides.com/my-rides or by calling 📞 Call Now. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge.
For domestic flight arrivals, your driver will wait up to 45 minutes from wheels-down. For international flights, we allow 60 minutes to account for customs and immigration. For all other non-airport pickups, your driver will wait 10–15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Square. Your card is authorized at the time of booking and charged after your ride is completed.
All rides are flat-rate. Your price is quoted upfront when you book and will not change. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, and no metered fares. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

Yes! We serve the entire Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, and Cathedral City. We provide airport transfers from PSP (Palm Springs International), TRM (Thermal/Jacqueline Cochran), and UDD (Bermuda Dunes) airports, plus full service for Coachella, Stagecoach, and the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells.
Yes. When you book an airport pickup, we automatically monitor your flight in real time using FlightAware. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur’s arrival time adjusts automatically. No need to call or text us.
Rides require a minimum 2-hour lead time from the time of booking. For last-minute requests, call or text us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our flagship vehicle is the 2026 Cadillac Escalade ESV, a premium full-size SUV seating up to 6 passengers with ample luggage space. Every vehicle is professionally maintained, non-smoking, and stocked with bottled water and phone chargers.
Gratuity is not included in your quoted fare. You can add a gratuity during the booking process (15%, 20%, 25%, or a custom amount). Gratuity goes directly to your chauffeur.
