Every LAX pickup with Curbside Rides is at the curb outside baggage claim. Your chauffeur tracks your flight, so there is no shuttle to catch and no car to hunt for. Two texts and you are on your way.
1. At baggage claim. Text your chauffeur when you reach baggage claim.
2. At the curb. Step outside to the curb and text the column number and letter next to you, like 3A or 1B. They are posted on the columns. Your chauffeur pulls up right there.
